Since 1988, PlanChoice has distributed Life, Health, Disability, Dental, Vision and Long Term Care insurance plans for individuals and groups exclusively through professional, independent insurance agents. If you are already working with an agent, we encourage you to have them contact PlanChoice. If you are not currently working with an agent, we will be happy to recommend an insurance professional in your area. When you use a professional insurance agent, you are hiring your own personal consumer advocate to advise, explain, counsel and intercede on your behalf.
